AYBILGE / LEGAL DOCUMENTS
Website privacy notice
How information is handled when you use this website or contact us.
Last updated: 7 October 2026
This notice explains how Aybilge handles information on this website, including contact enquiries and cookies. Each application has its own privacy policy, linked from its product page. Those product policies describe the application’s data practices separately.
1. Who is responsible for your information?
The controller is Aybilge OÜ, a company registered in Estonia, at Sepapaja tn 6, Lasnamäe linnaosa, Tallinn, 15551, Harju maakond, Estonia. For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected].
2. Contact enquiries
If you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address, enquiry type and message, including any information you choose to include. The enquiry is stored privately in the website administration area and sent through our email system so we can answer and follow up. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.
Depending on the request, processing is necessary to take steps before a contract or perform a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), or for our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and providing support (Article 6(1)(f)). Where a legal obligation requires us to keep particular records, Article 6(1)(c) applies. The form’s privacy acknowledgement confirms that you have read this notice; it is separate from your optional analytics choice.
Please do not send passwords, payment details or unnecessary sensitive information. You can contact us and use the website without accepting analytics cookies.
3. Essential operation and security
Our hosting, email and delivery providers process information needed to serve and protect the website and deliver messages. This can include your IP address, requested URL, request time, browser or device information, and security or delivery logs. We use Hostinger for hosting and email infrastructure and Cloudflare for website delivery and security.
The contact form uses a hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions. Its rate-limit record expires after 10 minutes. This identifier is not used for analytics. Essential operation and security processing is based on our legitimate interest in maintaining a reliable service and preventing abuse (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Necessary cookies or browser storage can support security, authentication where applicable, and remembering your cookie preferences. They do not depend on permission for optional analytics. The website’s fonts are served from our own website; displaying them does not require a request to Google Fonts.
4. Google Analytics and performance measurement
Optional Google Analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website and improve its content and usability. It can process online identifiers, pages and links visited, approximate location derived from an IP address, browser and device information, and interactions with the website. Google explains that Google Analytics 4 does not log or store individual IP addresses, although an IP address is processed when a browser connects to its service.
Google Analytics scripts and their cookies are held until you accept the Statistics category. Rejecting optional cookies keeps Google Analytics disabled. The legal basis for this Google Analytics processing is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), together with the applicable rules on storing or accessing information on your device. Your website choice does not change the privacy settings of any Aybilge application.
Google Analytics may use cookies such as _ga and _ga_<identifier> to distinguish visitors and sessions. The cookie preferences panel provides the configured categories and cookie information. Learn more in Google’s privacy policy and Google Analytics’ data safeguards.
Cloudflare performance measurement
We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics real-user measurement to understand page speed and responsiveness. It is configured with Cloudflare’s regional exclusion for EU visitor data. Cloudflare applies this exclusion to connections routed through data centres in its covered EEA/EU region. It depends on the connection’s routing and does not establish where a visitor lives.
For connections outside the excluded region, Cloudflare may collect page-load timings and Core Web Vitals from browser Performance APIs, the page URL or path, the referring page and an identifier generated for the individual page load. We use this limited measurement to identify performance problems and improve the website. We rely on our legitimate interest in improving website performance (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), with data minimisation and the right to object described below.
Cloudflare states that its performance beacon does not use analytics cookies or persistent browser storage and does not fingerprint individuals across websites. Cloudflare receives a network IP address as part of handling the request, then discards it at the nearest data centre without storing it in the RUM service’s core databases or logs. These data-minimising measures do not mean that no network information is processed. See Cloudflare’s RUM data collection, privacy and regional controls.
This Cloudflare performance measurement is separate from the Google Analytics Statistics choice. Where the regional exclusion does not apply, rejecting Google Analytics cookies does not switch off Cloudflare performance measurement. Contact [email protected] if you have questions or wish to object.
5. Choosing and changing cookies
The cookie notice lets you accept optional cookies, reject them, or choose categories. Optional categories start disabled. The wpconsent_preferences cookie remembers your preference for up to 180 days, unless you change it or clear the relevant browser storage sooner.
WP Consent API also uses first-party preference cookies named wp_consent_functional, wp_consent_preferences, wp_consent_statistics, wp_consent_statistics-anonymous and wp_consent_marketing to communicate your category choices between website plugins. These essential preference cookies last up to 30 days and may be refreshed when your saved choice is applied. They can record a rejection and do not themselves enable analytics.
You can reopen Cookie preferences in the footer at any time to change your choice or withdraw Google Analytics consent. Withdrawal stops future Google Analytics tracking on this browser and does not affect processing that took place before withdrawal. It does not change the separately configured Cloudflare performance measurement described above or automatically erase information already collected; you can contact us about your data rights. Your browser also lets you inspect or delete existing cookies. Choices are specific to the browser and device you use.
6. Service providers and international processing
Authorised Aybilge staff and the providers supporting hosting, email delivery, security, performance measurement and consent management may process information for their respective purposes. Google receives Google Analytics information only when you permit it. Cloudflare receives performance information for connections outside its configured regional exclusion as described above. We may disclose information when necessary to meet a legal obligation or protect legal rights.
Some providers operate internationally, so information may be processed outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where a transfer requires safeguards, the applicable provider arrangements use recognised mechanisms such as an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses. You can contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your request. Provider notices include Hostinger’s privacy policy, Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy.
7. How long we keep information
We keep enquiries for handling and reasonable follow-up, and longer when necessary for a legal obligation or dispute. Retention depends on the nature of the enquiry and the records involved. Infrastructure logs and analytics records follow the relevant service settings and operational needs. Cookie lifetimes and retaining information on a server are separate matters. You can ask us about the retention that applies to your information.
8. Your rights
Subject to the conditions and exceptions in applicable law, you can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal information; object to processing based on legitimate interests; and request portability where processing is based on consent or a contract and carried out by automated means. You can withdraw consent at any time. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Email [email protected] with enough detail for us to locate the information concerned. You also have the right to complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate, Andmekaitse Inspektsioon (AKI), or the supervisory authority in the EU/EEA country where you live or work.
9. External websites and applications
Links to app stores, product websites and other external services take you to services with their own terms and privacy notices. Opening a product page on this website is different from installing or using the product. Review the dedicated product documents before using an application.
10. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when website services or data practices change. The date above identifies the latest website notice. Product-specific policies remain separate.
