This privacy policy applies to the Little Monet mobile application (“Application”), developed by Aybilge OÜ (“Service Provider”) as an Ad Supported service provided “AS IS”.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
User Provided Information
The Application obtains the information you provide when downloading and registering the Application. Registration is not mandatory; however, certain features might not be available unless you register.
The Service Provider may occasionally contact you using provided information to deliver important information, required notices, or marketing promotions.
Automatically Collected Information
The Application may collect information automatically, including but not limited to your mobile device type, unique device ID, IP address, operating system, browser type, and usage patterns of the Application.
Location Information
This Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.
Third-Party Services and Data Sharing
The Application uses third-party services with their own Privacy Policies:

Aggregated, anonymized data may periodically be transmitted to external services to assist the Service Provider in improving the Application.
The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

- In good faith to protect their rights, your safety or others’ safety, investigate fraud, or respond to government requests.
- With trusted service providers working on their behalf, who agree not to independently use disclosed information and adhere to this privacy policy.
Authentication and User Identity
The Application supports registration and login exclusively through third-party identity providers:
- Android users can register and log in using Google Sign-In (Privacy Policy).
- iOS users can register and log in using Apple Sign-In (Privacy Policy).
While the Application uses separate login methods for each platform, user email addresses obtained from these providers may be accessible and matched through Firebase, allowing the Service Provider to recognize users across platforms.
The Application does not directly manage or store user passwords.
What are my opt-out rights?
You may stop all information collection by uninstalling the Application through your device’s standard uninstall processes or via the mobile app marketplace.
Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information
The Service Provider retains User Provided Data for as long as you use the Application and a reasonable time afterward. Automatically Collected Information is retained for up to 24 months and then aggregated. To request deletion of your User Provided Data, contact the Service Provider at privacy@aybilge.com. Please note that certain data may be necessary for the Application’s proper function.
Children’s Privacy
The Application does not address or knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If discovered, this information will be immediately deleted. If you are a parent or guardian aware of such data collection, please contact privacy@aybilge.com immediately.
Security
The Service Provider safeguards your information through physical, electronic, and procedural security measures, limiting access to authorized personnel. However, no security system is completely secure against potential breaches.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Users will be notified of any changes via this page. Continued use of the Application indicates consent to any updated Privacy Policy.

By using the Application, you consent to the processing of your information as described in this Privacy Policy, including collecting, storing, using, combining, and disclosing data.
