QuietApps Terms of Use
Last updated: September 26, 2026
These terms govern use of the QuietApps application for Android TV and Google TV (the “App”), provided by Aybilge OÜ (“we”). Use of the App is subject to these terms. If you obtained the App through Google Play, the applicable Google Play terms also apply.
1. Service and compatibility
QuietApps helps you browse apps on your TV, view usage statistics and device resources, and initiate supported local management actions. Feature availability depends on your Android version, TV manufacturer, information provided by the device, and permissions. You must grant usage access in Android settings to view usage statistics. Some management actions require the separate Shizuku app and your additional authorization.
Memory and network information and indicators such as “used recently” are derived from data Android makes available. They should not be treated as exact or live process measurements. An action appearing to succeed does not guarantee the same performance or lasting result on every device.
2. Purchase and license
QuietApps is a one-time paid app; it has no subscription, advertising, or in-app purchases. Price, taxes, payment method, download entitlement, and refunds are governed by the store where you bought it and applicable consumer law.
When you obtain the App, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use within the scope allowed by your store account and devices. Ownership and intellectual property rights in the App remain with Aybilge OÜ and other relevant rights holders. Except for uses and interoperability rights expressly allowed by applicable law, you may not copy, redistribute, or resell the App without permission.
3. Device actions and your responsibilities
You initiate actions such as opening an app, going to Android’s uninstall screen, stopping background processes, clearing caches, or disabling apps. These actions may close open apps, affect sessions, or temporarily change how some apps work. Check the target app and possible outcome before proceeding. Android asks you for final confirmation on its own uninstall screen.
Shizuku is not a service provided by Aybilge OÜ. Its installation, authorization, and operation on your device are subject to Shizuku’s and Android’s terms. You can revoke authorization on your device. Actions available without Shizuku may be limited by the device and Android version.
You may not use the App unlawfully or to gain unauthorized access to someone else’s device.
4. Updates and availability
We may update the App for security, compatibility, and functionality. Updates may change features. We do not promise that the App will work uninterrupted or on every Android TV device. If these terms materially change, we will publish the updated text with its effective date.
5. Liability and legal rights
The App is a device management aid and does not replace features provided by Android or your device manufacturer. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses caused by incompatible devices, third-party services, or actions you initiate. Nothing in these terms removes applicable consumer protections, mandatory legal guarantees, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. If you are a consumer, you retain the benefit of mandatory protections in your country of residence. You may contact us first about a dispute; your statutory complaint and legal remedies remain available.
